Job Opportunity: Order Processor

Chase Taylor Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Order Processor to join a growing, forward-thinking window and door manufacturing company based in Cambridgeshire.

The company manufactures UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors, operating from three modern manufacturing plants across the UK. Their logistics and distribution centre, located in the East of England, supplies trade customers nationwide. They are renowned for their state-of-the-art facilities, impressive product finishes, and excellent customer care.

The Role:

1. Review surveys, input data ready for checking and processing
2. Obtain quotes from suppliers for stock
3. Accurately place orders using the order processing system
4. Gather information for quotes related to jobs
5. Collaborate with finance, sales, and installation teams to support various projects
6. Manage and assist in raising purchase orders; review job files to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
7. Assist with administrative duties as required

The Candidate:

• Must have current or recent experience in order processing for windows and doors
• IT literate, with experience using Windows Designer, Business Micros, or Logikal
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must currently reside in the UK
