A recruitment agency based near Alton is seeking a Customer Services / Order Processing Administrator. The position involves handling customer queries, processing orders, and working within a small team. This role offers a flexible schedule with potential for remote work one day per week. We are recruiting for a new role with a client in the healthcare marketplace, based just north of Alton in Hampshire. The role is to work as a member of a small (but growing) team of 5 customer services / office administration people.
Responsibilities include answering incoming customer calls, addressing customers questions around products, deliveries and services as well as processing orders and invoices. As a person, you will have an excellent phone voice, understand the importance of happy customers, and know that diplomacy and tact are key to the backbone of a strong sales department. An interest in working within healthcare would be an advantage. You will also be comfortable working with a computer based system.
The role is office based, 9-5, but for the right person there is a degree of flexibility and potential to be set up to work from home for 1 day per week. To apply, you must live within 30 minutes travel of Alton in Hampshire.
