The main responsibilities of the role working on Nightshift are;

• Pick and collate orders for customers from customer order sheets
• Accurately record information onto the customer order sheets
• Pick orders efficiently & within required targets
• Pack meat using vacuum packing machine
• Recording weights and volume outputs
• Application of date labels and traceability labels to product
• Follow Company Policies, Procedures and Standards in the Company Quality System
• Follow Factory Personal Hygiene and Food Safety Regulations
• Help the relevant management in identifying solutions to any problems identified
• Report and help the relevant management concerning quality issues
