A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Order Management Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term fully remote contract. The role involves managing order validation processes, supporting customers to ensure data accuracy, and refining the Order-to-Cash process. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and communication skills. Bilingual candidates in French are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage order validation processes, including PO checks and corrections.
• Work with customers to improve accuracy of order form data.
• Help set up and maintain a ticketing system for Order Management.
• Support quote creation, invoicing, and general order administration.
• Guide on order management tasks and resolve intricate issues.
• Participate in refining the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

• Participate in efforts to refine and improve the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

Skills

• Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and handle multiple assignments.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.
