Job Title: Order Management Coordinator

Location: Lincoln, Teal Park — 3 days on-site per week, 2 from home

Contract Length: 6 Months

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP recruitment services, is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to support our client Siemens in delivering exceptional service to their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process customer orders in SAP, including spares, overhauls, and retrofit activities.
  • Act as a key liaison point between internal departments (engineering, logistics, finance) and external customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order handling, delivery tracking, and documentation.
  • Support financial and commercial accuracy, ensuring costs, warranty claims, and delivery performance are tracked.
  • Communicate proactively with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in order and delivery processes.
Experience Required
  • SAP experience is essential.
  • Background in order management, customer service, or commercial coordination in an engineering or manufacturing environment (gas turbines or energy sector experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within structured processes.
