Job summary

Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a substantive part-time Specialty Doctor post in the Oral Services, Maxillo-Facial Department. The role involves supporting the Maxillo-Facial team with clinical duties, outpatient clinics, and minor operating lists, while contributing to teaching and training and pursuing research opportunities.

The post requires appropriate GDC registration and specialist qualifications.

Qualifications

• Appropriate Registration with the GDC is required.
• Specialist qualifications such as BDS/BChD and LDS/RCS or equivalent are desirable.
• Evidence of maintaining CPD portfolio and ability to teach junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maxillo-Facial team and share clinical responsibilities.
• Review inpatients and provide outpatient clinics; undertake minor operating lists.
• Support postgraduate teaching and training; research encouraged.
