Role Summary
The Oracle Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping, maintaining, and evolving our Oracle finance systems landscape. This position combines hands‑on technical development with architectural design responsibilities, covering Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.
The successful candidate will oversee a junior Oracle developer, provide technical leadership, and work closely with stakeholders across Finance and People teams to identify pain points, recommend improvements, and unlock opportunities for automation and enhanced reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of development, design, system ownership, and strategic problem‑solving.
