Namos Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Oracle Reporting, Analytics & AI Developer in London. This permanent, hybrid role starts ASAP with a salary of £35,000. You will learn from experienced consultants and contribute to Oracle reporting, analytics and AI solutions from day one.

In your first year you’ll balance structured Oracle Cloud learning with practical project work, with mentoring, pair programming and progression milestones. You’ll work from our London office three days a week.

Qualifications

• Degree in data science, computer science, software engineering, mathematics, business analytics or related discipline.
• Desirable: exposure to reporting tools, SQL, cloud platforms, Git, Python or JavaScript.

• Build reporting packs and solutions for customers and internal teams.
• Explore Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence and the AI Data Platform.

You'll join our Reporting & Analytics Practice, learn from experienced consultants and developers, and contribute to real Oracle reporting, analytics and AI solutions from the outset.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and test Oracle reporting and analytics solutions
• Build reporting packs and solutions for customers and internal teams
• Explore Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence and the AI Data Platform
• Use AI-assisted development techniques to improve customer journeys and efficiency
• Work with senior colleagues through mentoring and pair programming
• Showcase your progress in regular demonstration sessions

Your development journey

Your first year combines structured Oracle Cloud learning with practical project work. Initially, around 20-30% of your time will focus on training, reducing as you build confidence and move into delivery. You'll receive weekly one-to-one mentoring, regular pair programming, clear progression milestones and support to achieve relevant Oracle certifications.

You'll be based in our London office three days a week and supported by senior leaders who are committed to developing early-career talent.

What we're looking for

• A degree in data science, computer science, software engineering, mathematics, business analytics or a related discipline.
• Enthusiasm for analytics, AI-driven development and cloud technology.
• Curiosity, attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach.
• Current and ongoing right to work in the UK.
• Desirable: Exposure to reporting tools, SQL, cloud platforms, Git, Python or JavaScript. You do not need to be an expert
