Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Senior Manager for Oracle Order Management & Pricing within Supply Chain Transformation. Roles available in London, Manchester or Belfast with hybrid working.

• Functional depth in Order-to-Cash: Order Management, Pricing, CPQ and Subscriptions.

Senior Manager — Oracle Order Management & Pricing (Supply Chain Transformation)

London, Manchester or Belfast | Hybrid

A senior delivery leadership role owning Oracle SCM Cloud projects end to end, with deep specialism in Order-to-Cash — Order Management, Pricing, CPQ and Subscriptions.

You’ll take overall responsibility for delivery, lead design and governance of integrated business processes across multiple modules and business domains, and act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and programme leadership.

• Lead design and governance of integrated business processes across multiple modules, aligned to enterprise architecture and wider transformation outcomes


• Translate client requirements into practical solution designs, configuration decisions and delivery plans


• Manage project risks, issues and client expectations proactively


• Lead multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed delivery teams across modules, workstreams and client functions


• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on Oracle SCM Cloud and supply chain transformation


• Support growth by identifying opportunities, contributing to propositions and leading components of pursuits and proposals


• Build capability through coaching, recruitment, and visible leadership within the practice

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience leading Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, ideally within supply chain transformation programmes


• Proven delivery across all core Oracle Supply Chain areas — Planning, Inventory, Order Management, and Sourcing & Procurement — through design, configuration, testing and deployment


• Specific functional depth in Order-to-Cash: Order Management, Pricing, CPQ and Subscriptions


• Experience integrating with upstream and downstream processes (Receivables, Cash Management, Collections)


• Exposure to Solution Architecture and designing end-to-end processes between Oracle SCM and ERP (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)


• Experience integrating Oracle SCM with industry-specific operational applications


• Strong client-facing skills with senior stakeholders


• Full SDLC understanding and practical experience of at least one delivery methodology (Activate, Agile, Waterfall)


• Proven ability to control scope and manage risks and issues across end-to-end implementations


• Understanding of project commercials, including managing implementation budgets


• Experience coaching and developing team members


• Genuine interest in applying Oracle's AI capabilities (Agentic Applications, AI Agent Studio, GenAI) to improve business processes


• Willingness to travel when required

Advising clients on implementation plans, roll‑out options, business cases or delivery roadmaps specialist Oracle SCM areas (PLM, CPQ, Subscription Management, Field Service, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Logistics) GenAI or agent‑based AI tools in a delivery context awareness of Oracle's SCM strategy two or more full Oracle Cloud certifications UK Government Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain it
