Job summary

Consult is seeking an Oracle Integration Technical Consultant for a London/Birmingham/Remote contract role (Inside IR35). The project focuses on designing, building and configuring integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and delivering clear specifications from business requirements to solution design.

The role requires hands-on development of APIs and orchestrations, unit testing, and support during SIT/UAT, with coordination across ERP, HCM, Data and Reporting teams.

Qualifications

• 5 Years UK Residency
• BPSS mandatory and willingness to be BPSS checked
• Public sector background preferred
• Remote within UK with travel to Birmingham/London
• Inside IR35 contract

Responsibilities

• Design, build and configure integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), aligned to architecture and design standards
• Produce high-quality functional and technical specifications, ensuring traceability from requirements to design
• Develop and unit test integrations (APIs, orchestrations, file-based interfaces), including error handling, logging and performance considerations
• Support SIT and UAT phases, resolving defects and fixes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP, HCM, Data, Reporting) to ensure seamless integration across the solution landscape

• Produce high-quality functional and technical specifications, ensuring clear traceability from business requirements through to solution design
• Develop and unit test integrations (APIs, orchestrations, file-based interfaces), including error handling, logging and performance considerations
• Support SIT and UAT phases, resolving defects, managing fixes, and working closely with functional and technical teams to ensure stable end-to-end processes
