Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Architect with over 10 years of experience, preferably 3-5 years in a similar role. The contractor will be focused on Oracle Cloud HCM modules and integration architecture. This is a 12-month contract based in Heathrow, requiring at least 3 days on-site work. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with 3-5 years in an Architect role.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Proven experience with integration architecture and Middleware tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and modern integration methods (APIs, event-driven design).
• Strong background in enterprise-scale HR systems and architectural governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
