Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Architect for a 12-month contract role. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of Oracle HCM experience and expertise in cloud modules and integration architecture. Onsite work at Heathrow is preferred three days a week. This role is outside IR35 and requires full right to work in the UK.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with 3–5 years in an Architect role
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules
• Proven experience with integration architecture and middleware tools
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and modern integration methods (APIs, event‑driven design)
• Strong background in enterprise‑scale HR systems and architectural governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Experience in large‑scale HR transformations
• Exposure to Redwood UX, HCM Analytics, OTBI, or BI Publisher
• Experience managing multi‑country implementations
