Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Lead for a contract role based in Oxford, with a daily rate of £648. The position requires strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud. Ideal candidates will have a background in project work, preferably with larger companies, and experience in data migration and stakeholder management. Qualifications

• Experience with Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labour.

• Experience in Data Migration from both EBS and from other systems to HCM Cloud from a functional perspective.
• A background in working in projects, preferably with larger companies (e.g. FTSE 100)
• Exposure to infrastructure and multi-platform environments; preferably within the energy or utility sector.
• Strong Stakeholder management.
