Responsibilities
  • Providing day‑to‑day functional support to a variety of Oracle HCM Cloud clients.
  • Designing and advising on solutions, processes, and configuration best practices.
  • Leading knowledge transfer sessions, training, and coaching colleagues.
  • Supporting pre‑sales activities, including demonstrations.
  • Acting as a subject‑matter expert on Cloud processes, roadmaps, and enhancements.
  • Producing clear, high‑quality documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients by delivering consistently excellent service.
Qualifications
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Eligibility for UK Security Vetting (minimum 3 years UK residency).
  • YOU MUST BE SC CLEARED OR ELIGIBLE FOR SC CLEARANCE. TO BE ELIGIBLE YOU MUST HAVE LIVED IN THE UK FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules (Talent, Payroll, OTL).
  • Knowledge of Oracle E‑Business Suite HRMS.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and wider HR business processes.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
