Help shape the future of procurement and supply operations at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, a world-leading genomics research organisation. As our Oracle Fusion Workstream Lead, you will provide senior functional leadership for the Institute's Supply Partnerships & Operations (SP&O) workstream, covering procurement and supply chain, within a major Oracle Fusion ERP transformation programme.
You will bring together procurement, supply chain, technology, programme and supplier stakeholders to translate business needs into an effective Oracle Fusion solution and ensure the Institute is ready for successful deployment and go-live.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to take a leading role in a significant organisational transformation. Acting as the principal SP&O subject matter expert, you will connect the needs of the business with our Oracle Fusion programme, system integrator and implementation partners.

About You
You will bring strong procurement or supply chain expertise alongside experience of ERP implementation or business transformation. Just as importantly, you will be able to bring people together, navigate complexity and influence decisions across business, technical and external partner teams.
Essential:
Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Procurement or Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) would be valuable but is not essential. Experience working with system integrators or delivering transformation within research, science, higher education, healthcare or not-for-profit organisations would also be beneficial.
