Are you ready to lead our Oracle digital strategy and shape our digital future?

We’re looking for an Oracle Fusion Service Improvement Lead. Someone who will drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence by maximising the opportunities and functionality of our system.

This is a senior position with a clear mission: to transform, optimise, and futureproof our Oracle Fusion HR and Payroll system.

You’ll set the vision, lead organisational change, and ensure our technology delivers maximum value for our workforce and community.

As the Council’s principal authority on Oracle Fusion, you’ll influence at the highest levels, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and represent us in regional and national forums. Your expertise will help us unlock new possibilities in digital HR, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Shape the strategy for Oracle Fusion HR and Payroll, aligning with Council-wide priorities.
  • Lead large-scale programmes that embed Oracle Fusion as a catalyst for organisational change.
  • Drive innovation through advanced digital solutions, automation, and AI.
  • Advise senior leaders and elected members on evidence-based decisions.
