A leading construction contractor in the UK is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Functional Analyst. You will provide first line support for HCM and Payroll modules, assist with configurations, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation. Ideal candidates will have experience in project management and hands-on with Oracle systems. Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Functional Analyst
Solihull or Uxbridge
The Functional Analyst will perform first line support of the HCM and Payroll Modules. Supporting the HR Process Lead in reviewing Issues and providing resolutions for Problem areas and the review of quarterly Opt-In functionality to leverage continual improvement. Support the delivery of quarterly release testing particularly the releases of Redwood.

The role sits in the Business Systems team who predominantly support the use of the Group’s ERP solution Oracle Fusion named “Orbit”. The solution has been in place for years and we are now looking to take advantage of the continual improvement that Oracle provides and take our usage to the next level.
