Role Title : Oracle Fusion HCM Lead

We're looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Lead to implement and support Core HR, Absence, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management modules for UK public sector clients. You'll need to have expert knowledge on Core HR, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management process, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.

Your role

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Lead, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients. Your focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Core HR, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management for the UK public sector.

You'll also need to lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance.
