Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant/Integration Lead to drive end-to-end integration discussions across Oracle EPM, ERP and related systems. You will engage with Finance, Tax, Controllership, FP&A and IT teams to shape data flows and reconciliation requirements.

The role requires ownership of integration workshops, translating functional requirements into integration specifications, and ensuring data flows are complete, reconciled and aligned

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant/Integration Lead with strong expertise across ARCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS and TRCS to lead functional solutioning and drive end-to-end integration discussions across Oracle EPM, ERP and upstream/downstream enterprise applications.

The consultant will work closely with Finance, Tax, Controllership, FP&A, IT, integration architects and application teams to define business requirements, data flows, integration architecture, reconciliation and consolidation requirements, planning processes, profitability models, and tax reporting requirements.

A key expectation of the role is to own and drive integration workshops, translate functional requirements into integration specifications, identify cross-module dependencies, and ensure that data flows across the EPM landscape are complete, controlled, reconciled and aligned with business processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead functional discussions across ARCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS and TRCS.
• Understand end-to-end Finance and EPM processes including planning, forecasting, consolidation, reconciliation, profitability/cost allocation and tax reporting.
• Translate business requirements into functional solution designs and configuration requirements.
• Identify dependencies across EPM applications and assess downstream impact of design changes.

Define and document:

• Source and target systems
• Data entities and dimensions
• Chart of Accounts and dimensional mappings
• Data extraction requirements
• Transformation and mapping rules
• File/API/interface requirements
• Data-load frequency and scheduling dependencies
• Validation and reconciliation controls
• Error handling and exception management

Drive discussions around integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM applications and relevant third-party systems.

• Work with technical/integration teams on EPM Data Integration/Data Management, REST APIs, file-based integrations and automation as applicable to the solution.
• Define functional requirements for inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Ensure clear ownership across source systems, integration layers and target EPM applications.
• Drive resolution of mapping, hierarchy, metadata, master-data and data-quality issues affecting integrations.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Strong Oracle EPM Cloud functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on functional knowledge in multiple EPM modules, preferably, Strong understanding of enterprise Finance processes including:
• Record-to-Report
• Financial close and consolidation
• Account reconciliation
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cost allocation and profitability
• Tax reporting
• Strong understanding of EPM dimensional structures, metadata, hierarchies, mappings and data integration concepts.
• Experience leading cross-application integration discussions involving Oracle EPM and ERP landscapes.
• Ability to convert business requirements into source-to-target mappings, functional integration specifications and test scenarios.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both senior Finance stakeholders and technical/integration teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, particularly for data and reconciliation issues.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Exposure to Oracle EPM Data Integration/Data Management.
• Understanding of REST APIs, scheduled integrations and file-based interfaces from a functional/design perspective.
• Experience with enterprise Chart of Accounts and master-data governance.
• Experience with EPM implementation, transformation or application consolidation programs.
• Experience managing integrations across multiple geographies/business units.
• Understanding of financial controls, auditability and data-reconciliation requirements.
