Job summary

Kovaion Consulting India Pvt Ltd. seeks an Oracle EPM Cloud techno-functional consultant with 3–6 years of hands-on experience to support and enhance Oracle EPM Cloud environments.

The role focuses on Planning and Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS), budgeting and forecasting processes, data loads, integrations, and reporting. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential for timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, especially Planning and Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS).
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Strong understanding of EPM dimensions, hierarchies, forms, business rules and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Support and enhance Planning and Budgeting applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EPM data integrations and pipeline jobs.
• Resolve issues related to actuals, encumbrance, obligations and budget data.
• Support ERP Cloud to EPM data integration and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot drill-through and data validation issues.
• Maintain EPM users, groups, roles and application security.
• Support EPM reports, financial statements and analytical reporting requirements.
• Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting/reporting activities.
• Document resolutions and recurring support procedures.
• Coordinate with Oracle ERP, Finance and technical teams on cross-system issues.
• Experience with FCCS and ARCS is a plus.
• Familiarity with Data Management / APIs is beneficial.

We are looking for an Oracle EPM Cloud techno-functional consultant with 3–6 years of relevant experience and hands-on experience in supporting and enhancing Oracle EPM Cloud environments.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly Planning and Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS).
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Good understanding of EPM dimensions, hierarchies, forms, business rules and application configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting EPM data loads, integration jobs and pipeline failures.
• Experience loading and reconciling Actuals, Budget, Encumbrance and Commitment/Obligation data.
• Experience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle ERP Cloud / General Ledger.
• Ability to troubleshoot drill-through from EPM to Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Experience with EPM reporting, financial reports and management reporting.
• Good understanding of EPM security, user provisioning and Access Control.
• Exposure to Oracle OCI/IAM, SSO and Identity Provider configuration related to EPM.
• Ability to investigate production issues, identify root causes and provide timely resolution.
• Experience working within an application support / ITSM environment, managing incidents, service requests and change requests.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve issues related to Actuals, Encumbrance, Obligations and Budget data.
• Support Oracle ERP Cloud to EPM data integration and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot drill-through and data validation issues.
• Maintain EPM users, groups, roles and application security.
• Support EPM reports, financial statements and analytical reporting requirements.
• Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting/reporting activities.
• Coordinate with Oracle ERP, Finance and technical teams where issues span multiple systems.
• Document resolutions, configuration changes and recurring support procedures.
• Experience with Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS).
• Exposure to Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS).
• Experience with Data Integration / Data Management, REST APIs or EPM Automate.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud, particularly General Ledger.
• Experience with Smart View.
• Knowledge of financial consolidation, management reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certification is an advantage.

Preferred Profile

We are looking for a hands‑on Oracle EPM Cloud techno‑functional consultant who can independently investigate production issues, support business users and Finance teams, manage EPM integrations and implement small enhancements.
