Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Oracle Cloud P2P Support Consultant to provide functional support across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, resolving issues and improving processes. You will work with stakeholders and technical specialists to maintain platform stability and drive value from Oracle Cloud capabilities.

You will review quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, implement changes, and assist with testing, regression, and UAT activities while ensuring configurations meet business requirements and best

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Oracle Cloud P2P in the UK.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials Cloud.
• Experience resolving production issues in business-critical operations.
• Experience reviewing Oracle Cloud releases and implementing changes.
• Understanding of procurement, purchasing, supplier management, invoicing and payments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within collaborative delivery teams.
• Experience with testing, change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues across the P2P lifecycle
• Review Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess business impact
• Implement system enhancements, changes, and process improvements
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend solutions
• Support testing activities, including regression and user acceptance testing
• Ensure system configurations align with business requirements and best practices
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles
• Work proactively to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency
