Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Stay current with emerging Oracle Cloud HCM trends, tools, and best practices
- Contribute to the development of Oracle Cloud HCM strategies and roadmaps
Qualifications
- Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Module including workforce structures, legal entities, jobs, positions, grades and organizations.
- Strong understanding of employment models, person management and worker lifecycle transactions (hire, transfer, promotion, termination etc.).
- Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts and BI Publisher OTBI for data migration and reporting.
- Proficiency in designing and configuring approval workflows, notifications, security roles and personalization.
- Familiarity with Fast Formulas for validation rules and calculations (preferred).
- Understanding of HR data management, HR compliance and system security best practices.
- Skills continued in seat descriptio.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM, Oracle Security, and Oracle Talent Management.
- Masterful proficiency in in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solutions expertise.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Oracle Cloud HCM solutions in a professional setting.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong foundation in Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Security, and Oracle Talent Management.
