With over 12 years of Oracle HCM experience, you will lead implementation initiatives, mentor junior staff, and ensure delivery meets public sector standards. Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, including extensive work within Cloud Compensation & Benefits modules.
  • Proven expertise across UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
  • Successful delivery of 2-3 full Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead - Compensation & Benefits

Location: Leeds (2 days per week on-site)

Rate: £600/day (Inside IR35)

Contract: Long-term

Salt is partnered with a leading consultancy delivering a major Public Sector transformation programme in Leeds. We're seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead (Compensation & Benefits) to drive end-to-end delivery across Payroll, Pension, and Absence modules on a long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to define and deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with programme objectives, timelines, and public sector standards.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide quality assurance across functional workstreams.
Essential Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, including extensive work within Cloud Compensation & Benefits modules.
  • Proven expertise across UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
  • Successful delivery of 2-3 full Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
