Job summary

Proximie is transforming operating rooms through data-driven digital health solutions. The Transformation Manager will partner with clinical and operational leaders to implement and embed our Intelligence Suite across the UK and EU, driving operational excellence and improved patient flow.

The role requires deep understanding of surgical workflows, change management, and strong stakeholder relationships, with travel up to 50% to customer sites across the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in surgical services or perioperative care.
• Experience transitioning to healthcare technology.
• Proven multi-stakeholder relationship management.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of the Proximie platform across accounts.
• Maintain high customer retention and drive product adoption.
• Lead technical demos for users.
• Onboard and train new customers.
• Ensure full utilization and efficient workflows.
• Support live clinical use and training.
• Capture voice of the customer to guide product improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to expand usage.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
