Specsavers Wimborne Minster is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye care to our community. You’ll join a friendly, supportive team in a modern store with access to leading clinical technology.

Applicants must be GOC-registered, confident in supervising a pre-registration Optometrist, and passionate about customer service. The role offers strong development opportunities and competitive rewards.

Responsibilities

• Provide eyecare and optometry testing to customers.

Our store

Based in Wimborne Minster our 2.5 year old store is brand new, we have 3 testing rooms and an audiology room. We also offer paid parking!

Wimborne minster is a historic riverside market town in Dorset. There is plenty to keep everyone occupies in Wimborne minster and the local area, from historic buildings to ancient sites and country parks.

What we're looking for?

We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role.Firstly, you’ll need to be registered as a member of the General Optical Council (keeping this up to date). We will also need you to be able and willing to supervise a pre-registration Optometrist. You’ll also need to be confident and passionate about providing the best customer service and work well as part of a team.
