Job summary

Specsavers in Porthcawl, Mid Glamorgan, invites an Optometrist to join our community-focused store. You’ll conduct comprehensive eye examinations, prescribe spectacles and contact lenses, and contribute to excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Optometrist
Location: Porthcawl, Mid Glamorgan
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience
Working hours: Full or part-time working patterns available
Experience level: Open to both newly qualified and experienced Optometrists who are registered with the GOC

Specsavers, within the seaside town of Porthcawl, are looking for an ambitious Optometrist to join their team. We’re a community-focused store dedicated to ensuring that every one of our customers receives an excellent patient experience. We’re seeking an Optometrist ready to use their passion and knowledge to help us build on our ever-growing and loyal customer base.

Porthcawl is undergoing a multi-million pound regeneration plan; including new housing, a water sport surfing school, a purpose built Marine Teach and Learn Centre and a new Porthcawl Terminus which will be developed as part of the South East Wales Metro Plus initiative.
