Job summary

Specsavers in Penrith is seeking an ambitious optometrist to join a well-established team. Whether newly qualified or experienced, you’ll deliver eyecare with passion in a busy store, supported by clinical development and modern equipment.

Join a team of 18, with three test rooms and 30-minute clinics, seeing around 11–14 patients daily. Enjoy benefits including a generous salary up to £65,000 p.a. pro-rata, a pension, Specsavers Perks, and WeCare support.

Qualifications

• Qualified and GOC registered Optometrist.
• Confident with a strong work ethic.
• Willing to succeed and support colleagues.
• Experience level: newly qualified or seasoned.

Responsibilities

• Provide eye examinations and eyecare services as part of a busy team.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a store with 3 test rooms.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.

With clinical and professional development as well as innovative equipment at your disposal, among a team of other experienced Opticians and Technicians, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.

Based in Penrith, our store has a great team of around 18 long standing team members and one of which has successfully completed pathway. We have 3 test rooms and work to 30 minute clinics, seeing approximately 11-14 patients per day.
