Job summary

Inspired Recruitment Group in Elgin is seeking an optometrist to join a well-established Scottish practice. The role offers a competitive salary up to £55,000 and a supportive environment focused on clinical care and professional development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred eye examinations.
• Provide thorough clinical assessments with ample testing time (30–40 mins).
• Collaborate with an experienced optical team.
• Utilise modern diagnostic equipment including OCT.
• Support patients with ongoing eye health and optical needs.
• Contribute to the practice's ongoing success and CPD program.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Optometrist who wants to work in a supportive environment where clinical care, professional development and patient experience genuinely matter.

The Role:

• Delivering high-quality, patient-centred eye examinations
• Providing thorough clinical assessments within generous testing times: 30 - 40 minutes
• Working closely with an experienced and supportive optical team
• Using modern diagnostic equipment, including OCT
• Supporting patients with their ongoing eye health and optical needs
• Contributing to the continued success of the practice
• Access to a structured CPD and career development programme
• Having dedicated time within your working day for appropriate administration and clinical responsibilities
