Specsavers West Bridgford is seeking an ambitious Optometrist to join our well-established team. Whether you’re newly qualified or experienced, you’ll contribute to eyecare excellence using innovative equipment alongside a capable team of Optometrists and Technicians in our West Bridgford store.

This full-time role offers a salary between £40,000 and £55,000, with a performance-based bonus up to £7k, plus pension, Specsavers Perks, WeCare, and a birthday day off.

Based in West Bridgford, we are a medium-sized store, based in the heart of our community.

We have a wonderful team of 14 dedicated people in our store, ready and waiting to meet you. We really emphasise training and supporting our staff to ensure they thrive.

What’s on offer?

• Salary of £40,000 - £55,000. Depending on Experience
• Performance Based Bonus. Up to £7k a year, based on KPI's
• Full Time Position
• Weekend Working is required, generally 2 weekends a month
