Vision Express Lincoln is seeking a qualified optometrist to join our team on a part-time basis. The role offers a salary up to £75,000 per year (subject to experience and location) plus a £4,000 car allowance, working 7.75 hours per week on Saturdays at Waterside Shopping Centre.

You’ll join a well-equipped store with a supportive team, delivering high‑quality eye care and a great patient experience while contributing to store performance.

Qualifications

• GOC‑registered optometrist with current registration.
• Ability to diagnose and communicate clearly with patients.
• Team player who collaborates with store colleagues.
• Contributes to the commercial success of the store through excellent patient care.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment to eye health.

The role: Salary: Up to £75,000 (subject to your experience and location) Car allowance: £4,000 Location: Lincoln, Waterside Shopping Centre Working hours: Part time - 7.75 hours per week (Saturday only)

Our Lincoln store has 2 test rooms, which are fully equipped with up to date equipment and technology, supported by a well‑established team.

Set within the Waterside shopping centre, it's easily accessible by both car and public transport, within parking nearby
