Zest Optical is seeking an Optical Store Manager for a premium Richmond practice in London. You will lead the store and the team, build on current momentum and set new standards for design, technology and product range.

The role offers autonomy to drive the business, develop the team through recruitment and training, and collaborate with senior management on brand awareness, marketing and PR events. Hours are 9:30am–6:00pm, with 35 days holiday and a comprehensive benefits package.
