Network Group Holdings is seeking an Optical Practice Manager for our Mill Hill practice in Greater London, offering full training and support to progress toward running your own practice as you gain experience.

You will lead a small team, motivate the staff to increase sales, ensure excellent customer service and dispensing standards, and oversee staff training and administrative duties; the hearing clinic operates alongside the optical suite.

Formación

• Familiar with KPI's and targets.
• Strong commercial focus with ability to grow the business.
• Experience training staff and maintaining service standards.
• Excellent customer service and dispensing skills across all levels.
• Knowledge of contact lenses is beneficial.
