Qualifications

• Qualified Dispensing Optician with supervisory experience in an optical practice.
• Strong management, team leadership and operational oversight.
• Understanding of KPIs, budgets, sales performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the practice and oversight of operational standards.
• Monitor KPIs, drive sales and profitability, improve patient experience.
• Dispense spectacles (single vision, bifocal, varifocal) and develop the frame range.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones and performance reviews.
