Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Optical Design Engineer to join a leader in bespoke optical and lens technology. You will work with the sales and managing directors, alongside mechanical and optical engineers, to advance the design team and drive projects from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate has optical/opto-mechanical design experience, a master’s degree in physics/optics, and is proficient with Zemax or other optics software tools.

Qualifications

• Optical/opto-mechanical design experience required.
• Master’s degree in physics or optics preferred.
• Proficient in Zemax or other optics software tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify solutions to customer queries and develop test programs.
• Support colleagues across optical development and design teams.
• Drive the design lifecycle from concept through to delivery.
