We offer full-time hours (37.5 or 40 per week), weekend work, and benefits including team bonuses and free parking. Prior optical experience or strong customer service background is valued.

Qualifications

• Some previous optical experience
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical terminology

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and confidently welcome them through the door
• Assist customers with selecting frames, lenses and related products
• Support Opticians and Technicians on the shop floor
