Job summary

Specsavers Boston is seeking an Optical Assistant to welcome customers, book eye tests, and provide styling advice in a busy retail environment. The role offers extensive training and development, with support from experienced Opticians and Technicians to help you grow in your career.

You’ll work 33 hours per week, including Saturdays, with a pay range of £8.20 to £12.91 per hour and benefits such as a birthday leave day, WeCare support, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Some optical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers into store.
• Booking in eye tests.
• Pre-screening patients.
