Specsavers in Hessle is hiring an Optical Assistant to welcome customers, guide them through eyewear choices and assist the team in delivering high-quality service. You will work with experienced Opticians and Technicians who support your development, and you can pursue further training across the Specsavers network.

The role is based in Hessle with on-site parking, offering full-time hours (42 per week) or part-time with a weekend day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their optical needs
• Provide excellent customer service and product guidance
• Support training and development within the store
