Specsavers in Norwich is offering an Optical Assistant Apprenticeship. You will join a friendly team, provide excellent customer service, book eye tests, assist customers with frame choices and pre-screen patients. Full-time hours and a structured training plan support your development in optics and retail.

Applicants should be eligible to work in the UK and be able to travel daily to the store. Previous optical sector experience is not required, and you’ll be auto-enrolled into the company

• GCSE Maths (9-4) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers into store.
• Booking in eye tests.
• Pre-screening patients.
• Providing style advice.
• Measuring frames.
• Taking phone calls.
