Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills; friendly, patient listener.
• Available for a 15-18 month apprenticeship in a full-time role.
• Must have the right to work in the UK and have lived in the EU for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and book eye tests.
• Pre-screen patients and provide style advice.
• Assist with measuring frames and guiding customers.
• Support optical and hearing care teams.
• Travel to store location daily if required.
