Specsavers Portsmouth North End offers an apprenticeship programme to train you as an Optical Assistant. You’ll spend 15-18 months in a paid role, learning eyes and hearing care alongside a friendly, experienced team.
You’ll gain hands-on experience, complete structured learning, and become a confident member of the store team. The role includes welcoming customers, booking eye tests, pre-screening, style advice, frame measurements, and daily calls.
