Job summary

Specsavers is looking for an Optical Assistant Apprentice to join our Blaydon store. You’ll welcome customers, help book eye tests, pre-screen patients and offer style advice while learning on the job.

This full-time apprenticeship offers training, development opportunities and a competitive wage. Successful candidates will be enrolled in our pension scheme and gain access to Specsavers Perks and WeCare support.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths at Grade 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent.
• EU residence 3+ years with right to work in UK.

Who is this Apprenticeship for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant Apprentice.

• Individuals with GSCE Maths at Grade 9-4 (A*-C), or an equivalent level qualification
• Individuals who have lived in the EU for 3 years or more, with the right to work in the UK
