Role Overview
As an Ops Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategic oversight, governance, and stakeholder engagement across clinical operations and development functions. Accountabilities

Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in clinical operations or related functions such as project management or data management.
- Strong leadership experience in matrixed and multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AI tools for project management.
- Solid understanding of business margins, pricing, and profitability considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, stakeholders, and operational risks effectively.
