Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations & Logistics Intern to join Amazon Logistics across multiple field-based UK locations. You will work on high-priority projects, analyze operational data, and partner with managers and frontline teams to implement improvements.

The role offers a structured learning environment and relocation support as you gain hands-on exposure to Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations.

Qualifications

• Currently in penultimate or final year and pursuing a university degree in a related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3–6 months.
• Strong English (spoken and written) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Complete high-priority projects in fulfillment and delivery operations.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Propose and test solutions with the team to implement the best ones.
• Develop communication and teamwork by collaborating with managers and frontline associates.
• Move around the facility to engage with different teams and participate in pre-briefs and flow meetings.
