OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS CO-ORDINATOR

Job Purpose: To offer support for Recruitment Consultants placing personnel offshore within the busy energy sector, by providing executive level administrative support.

9-5 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch). 35 Hour week, 25 days Holiday + Pension and Health care.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of the inbox within outlook. This will be incoming emails from clients, candidates referencing travel, contract approvals, certification.
  • Facilitate travel and booking of courses.
  • Managing personnel availability who are starting projects or when coming off projects.
  • Availability of personnel and ensuring files reflect this in real time.
  • Management of personnel within an excel spreadsheet - Ensuring all personnel have contracts and in date certifications.
  • Sending contracts and ensuring these are done in a timely manner. Full training given.
  • Managing CV pool and registration of new candidates within CRM.
  • Basic Visas support to candidates eg; sending passport details to clients or embassy.
  • Validation of Certificates.
  • Competing bespoke Client Forms.
  • CV Formatting.
  • Any other reasonable duties.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of working in an office environment.
  • Good MS office skills.
  • Must have good attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work autonomously and also within a close team.
