Job summary

Locum People are seeking an Ophthalmology Consultant to work in West Midlands on a long-term locum basis, with an initial 3-6 month period and potential extension.

The role requires 40+ hours per week and 10 PAs per week, with a subspeciality in Orbital and Oculoplastic surgery. Full job plan available on request. Eligibility includes GMC registration, right to work in the UK and contactable referees.

Qualifications

• Ophthalmology consultant role with subspecialty in orbital and oculoplastic surgery.
• GMC registration and right to work in the UK required.
• Strong clinical experience in long-term locum assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide ophthalmology care as consultant in West Midlands.
• Cover 40+ hours per week with 10 PAs per week.
• Participate in on-call arrangements as applicable.
