A leading healthcare organization in Camberley is seeking a Clinical Admin Officer to join the Ophthalmology admin team at Frimley Park Hospital. Applicants need strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a busy environment. The role involves providing administrative support, handling inquiries, and interacting with clinical staff while maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Administration and be experienced in office environments. This is a full-time fixed-term position offering a salary of £26,240 to £27,928 annually.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working in an office environment.
  • Competent with current software programmes (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience of working within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an administrative service to the Department.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Admin Leads and patient Pathway Coordinator.
  • Plan and organise own work schedule.
  • Obtain and organise information in support of own work activities.
  • Ensure that secure systems are in place for the storage of all resources.

Education
