Job summary

Imerys is seeking a reliable Operative for its PAR EMC facility in Cornwall. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork to maximize production and ensure customer requirements are met.

You will operate cell mills, packing lines and loading operations, while assisting with packaging, dispatch, and day-work maintenance tasks. The role requires a proactive, flexible approach, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new processes.

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks as required.

This is a hands-on role within a busy industrial environment, where safety, quality, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production and dispatch processes in line with documented procedures, quality standards, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies.
