Job summary

OA Group is recruiting for an Operations Technician in a modern, high-tech manufacturing facility in Pencoed, Bridgend. The role involves dispensing/manufacturing activities, ensuring quality, and adhering to GMP/ISO procedures.

Full induction and ongoing training are provided. Weekly pay, free on-site parking, and subsidised canteen support a positive working environment; this temporary contract offers pathways for extension.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English at grade C/Level 4 or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and SOPs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic Excel and data-entry skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out dispensing and manufacturing activities.
• Maintaining quality and production standards.
• Following GMP, ISO, QRS and Health & Safety procedures.
• Accurately recording production data and documentation.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

As an Operations Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting production and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Duties include:

What We're Looking For in a Operations Technician:

Essential:

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and overtime when required

Desirable:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Experience working within a regulated environment
• Knowledge of GMP or quality-controlled processes
