Operations technicians

Location: Rugby Warwickshire

Salary: £27,500

Hours: Mon to Friday

11.30am to 8pm - 40 hours per week

We are working with a client in Rugby looking for a good all‑rounder worker to join their busy maintenance team.

Responsibilities
  • Yard duties: litter picking / gritting, maintenance etc
  • Completing Daily / Weekly / Monthly H&S routines in line with H&S requirements, maintain records
  • Complete Racking Inspections and assist with planning and executing any rectification work required.
  • Assisting with on‑site utilities, BMS / HVAC maintenance, upkeep, meter readings.
  • Assist with maintenance and upkeep of Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, First Aid and other emergency systems.
  • Assist with MHE LOLER / PUWER requirements, MHE maintenance call‑outs and invoicing / payments.
  • Conduct scheduled MHE, AGV maintenance tasks, battery water etc.
  • Support the installation, maintenance and cleaning of CCTV equipment.
  • Manage waste collections, compactor maintenance.
  • Support contractors while on site ensuring LTC procedures are adhered to.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the building Facilities Management Team with essential maintenance and rectification tasks.
  • Raise prerequisites for orders and / or contracts.

  • No criminal records and will be checked; as a secured site requires 6 years of referencing covering your work.
