Operations Team Leader – HSS ProService Marketplace

We’re now looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and motivate our Order Taker team. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive team performance, develop your people, and make sure every customer gets an exceptional experience — all while delivering strong commercial results.

The impact you'll have:

You’ll be the driving force behind a high‑performing team, combining leadership, technical knowledge, and commercial focus to ensure we meet our revenue, margin, and service goals.

A typical day:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Order Takers to achieve individual and team targets
  • Conduct one‑to‑ones, reviews, and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Manage team workflow and resources to maintain coverage during peak demand
  • Monitor performance metrics including conversion rates, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction
  • Address performance challenges promptly and support team members to improve
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and performance‑driven culture
  • Drive revenue, margin, and conversion performance across the team
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to maintain competitiveness
  • Review and approve quotes outside of standard authority levels
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and sales performance
  • Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Credit Control, and Sales teams to resolve issues
